Installing Apps

Download the Android app from here and select "open". You may need to grant permissions for installing an app.

To change firmware

Download the latest/desired firmware file from above.
Install the "Device Manager" app from Nordic Semiconductor (find on your App Store).
Ensure the See Sailing app itself is not running; make sure you're within range of your (running) gateway; then connect to it from the device manager.
Go to the "image" tab, and where it says choose file, select the newly downloaded firmware.
Tap "Start" and "Test and Confirm".
The firmware will upload - sometimes this takes some time to start, don't panic.
The gateway will test the firmware prior to swapping permanently.
When it says "upload complete", you're done, it's running the new firmware.
